Mechanics
* Tabloid format, coated off-set stock, 60 lb. Page trim: 11" x 16"* Screen ruling: B/W & 4-Colour Process: 200 line screen
* Rates based on client supply of digital file. Digital files to be supplied CMYK and trapped with high-resolution images (minimum 350 dpi) and necessary fonts in position. A digital or laser proof must accompany files. Publisher takes no responsibility for ad out-put if a proof does not accompany the ad. Publisher takes no responsibility for ad content. Proof must indicate colour breaks; final colour will be determined by the information supplied.
* Preferred Ad Formats: Quark Xpress 7.2, Press-Ready PDF, Illustrator CS2 or Photoshop CS2 (all for Macintosh).
* Unacceptable Ad Formats: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Pagemaker, Corel, Quark Passport. Materials generated through PC, E-Mail or Web formats may be rejected.
* Publisher does not accept responsibility for reproduction when materials supplied do not meet technical specifications or mechanical requirements. Time for changes to sizing and/or copy will be invoiced to Advertiser or Agency, as will all costs incurred for the conversion of supplied material into above-listed specifications.
